Country desk officer

If your account was created by your country’s desk officer, contact them first — they can reset your password from the country dashboard.

R5 Office (NSA / Federation / Athletes)

If you’re an NSA officer, federation delegate, athlete or technical staff, email the R5 Office at the address below — include your full name and the email you log in with.

You’ll get a secure reset link

An administrator sends a password-reset link to your email. Open the link and choose your own new password — no temporary password is ever shared.
